Taking Partnerships to the Next Level
At S. M. Wilson & Co., building successful partnerships is the cornerstone of our business, and real teamwork among architects, engineers, subcontractors, and our other business partners is critical to the success of every project. In this issue of our magazine, we prove that these commitments are working.
For example, our new relationship with Rollins Construction Company, LLC, in Indianapolis began with a shared set of values and ethics that were established practices of both companies. There was a mutual attraction from the start. And before the ink was dry on our acquisition agreement, the Rollins/ Wilson team was awarded an $89 million hospital project.
Garry Rollins of Rollins Construction, said part of his attraction to S. M. Wilson was our 25-year “Road Map,” which will enable our company to continue our style of doing business long into the future. The Road Map is built on the two fundamental cornerstones of our business: our Core Purpose and Core Values.
We have come a long way in the last 25 years. Today, as a $450 million company with more than 200 employees, we are taking the concept of partnership to a whole new level. As the stories in this magazine show, all of our employees are empowered and encouraged to build their own partnerships with those they deal with internally and externally.
Your partner in success,

Scott Wilson
