St. Louis, Mo., May 23, 2011 – S. M. Wilson has broken ground on the construction of a $21.1 million, four-story addition to Webster Groves High School. The 106,000 square foot addition will include new classrooms, state-of-the-art science labs, vocational labs, a main band room, private band practice rooms and art studios. The expansion will be built to resemble the look of the existing historical buildings on the campus, including the use of terrazzo floors and steps, and limestone accents.

St. Louis, Mo., May 17, 2011 – S. M. Wilson & Co. has been selected by Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center to provide pre-construction, construction management and general contracting services for a $36 million comprehensive renovation and addition to the hospital in Mattoon, Illinois. The project features a 120,000 square foot renovation of the existing hospital and an 11,300 square foot addition to the emergency department. Work will begin immediately and is scheduled for completion in the summer of 2014.

St. Louis, Mo., April 26, 2011 – S. M. Wilson has been selected by Formation Shelbourne Senior Living Services, LLC to construct a new Assisted Living facility in Ballwin, Missouri.

Indianapolis, Ind., April 22, 2011 – Rollins Construction Company has named Steve Garrett to the new position of Director of Business Development, effective immediately. Garrett will be responsible for sales and marketing activities to support the company’s business growth in the health care, commercial, industrial, educational and other construction market segments.
